Bench Fee & Shop Minimum

All work orders are subject to a $25 minimum.

Diagnostic/troubleshooting work is subject to the listed bench fee.

  • Applied to for any diagnostic or troubleshooting work.

    This fee is due up front.

    If you accept the quote for any needed repairs, this fee is applied to the balance of the quote.

  • All work orders have a $25 minimum before tax.

    If the balance of the work order does not already reach $25, a variable fee will be applied to bring the price to exactly $25.00 before tax.

Guitar Maintenance

Base rates for 6-String electrics and acoustics, and 4-string basses.

Applicable add-ons and uncharges are listed per service.

Prices do not include strings or sales tax.

Strings may be available for purchase. I stock D’Addario EXL110 (10-46) and EXL120 (9-42) electric strings, and EJ16 (12-53) acoustic strings.

  • Quick restring, without any adjustment to neck, action or intonation.

    The price covers the labor and consumables. Strings are not included.

    Includes:

    • Tighten all screws and nuts

    • Lubricate the nut

    • Wipe-down of body, neck and hardware.

    Add-Ons & Up-charges:

    • Full Clean & Detail - $25

    • 7/8/9 String upcharge- $5 per additional string

    • 12-String upcharge - $25

  • $15 per pot plus materials.

    Includes:

    • The price includes labor and basic consumables.

    • The pots are not included.

    • Front-route Access - $20 per ticket (Requires Restring)

  • Output Jack Installation - $10 plus materials.

    Includes:

    • The price includes labor and basic consumables.

    • The jack is not included.

  • Basic re-wires, functional overhauls, and everything in between.

    Pricing will depend on the parts needed, the complexity of the circuit and if any modifications to the body are required.

  • Installation - $15

    Includes:

    • The price includes labor and basic consumables.

    • The strap buttons are not included.

    Add-ons & Up-charges

    • Re-Drill Upcharge - $20 per hole

      • Only applied if it is necessary to fill in the existing screw hole and drill a new one.

  • Installation - $30

    Includes:

    • The price includes labor and basic consumables.

    • The tuning keys are not included.

    Add-ons & Up-charges

    • Hole Modification Upcharge - $20 per ticket

  • An RFID tag can be installed into he body of your guitar in order to provide an additional means of identifying an instrument and proving ownership in the event of a theft.

    The tag itself is roughly the size of a grain of rice and can be read using the same scanners as you would use for a pet’s microchip. Installation is usually done near the bottom strap button of the body.
